IF YOU NEED A LIFTGATE YOU MUST CALL FOR A QUOTE! If you make any changes to the shipment with the shipping company once it has left, (adding a call before, lift gate or any other added service, you will be subject to a minimum $100 charge depending on the cost of the added services. It will ship on a pallet unless you are picking it up.


You are purchasing one 200k BTU unit heater WITH wirelessremote thermostat AND on off on switch. Perfect for garages, shops,greenhouses etc. They can also be hooked up to a “cold/chilled”water source to provide cool air as well! Can be mounted or set onshelf, bench, or floor.

Ports on the side as they should be, so you don’t haveclearance issues if you want to hang them up close to the ceiling. Also, if youplumb the port closest to the fan as your hot supply, this will allow you topreheat and then super-heat the air as it passes through the water coil. We donot use a rheostat as these fan motors are not made for that applicationand can burn out your motor quickly.
