This fee is to cover home delivery, home business delivery, limited access facilities where a full semi can not pull in and be unloaded with a dock/forklift, etc. Please add to cart with your pallet freight order to cover that additional cost. If your address provided at the time of the order does not qualify for “commercial” delivery, and you have not purchased “Home / Limited Access Delivery” we will reach out to you to charge this amount over the phone.
